For agencies running Facebook lead ads for trades

Show every client what their ads earned.

LeadFlow gives each trade client a simple page with every lead from their ads. They tap Won and type what the job was worth. You see which clients are winning work, and which ones need you, before they go quiet.

Opens a full demo account with example clients and leads. Nothing you click leaves your browser.

Sound familiar?

Most trade clients don't leave because the ads stopped working. They leave because nobody could show them it worked.

The leads are rubbish.

Your client says it, and you can't prove otherwise, because you never find out which leads turned into paid jobs.

I never saw that one.

Leads land in an inbox or a spreadsheet the tradie never opens. Good enquiries go cold.

What am I paying you for?

The monthly report is clicks and reach. The tradie wants to know one thing: did the ads bring in work?

How it works

Set up a client in a few minutes.

  1. Connect Facebook once

Log in with the Facebook account you already use to run your clients' ads. LeadFlow sees the ad accounts and Pages you manage.

  2. Add a client and send their link

Pick their ad account and Page. LeadFlow pulls in their leads and ad spend, and gives them a private link. No app, no password.

  3. They mark the jobs they win

Call the lead, tap the outcome. When they win, they type the job value. Now you both see exactly what the ads earned.

See your own account before you sign up.

Example clients, real screens. Click around, open a client, mark a job as won.

What your client gets

  • Every lead in one place, with a Call button and what they asked for.
  • Four numbers: spent on ads, leads, jobs won and job value won. No marketing jargon.
  • Made for their phone. Open the link, see the leads, tap the outcome.
  • Your agency's name and logo on the page, so it feels like part of your service.

What you get

  • Proof at renewal time. Not clicks and reach. Jobs won and dollars.
  • One screen for every client, with the ones that need you sorted to the top.
  • Early warnings, like a client spending money with no leads coming in, so you can fix it before they notice.
  • Less reporting time. The numbers are already there when you sit down with the client.
Questions

The things agencies ask first

Does my client need to log in?

No. Each client gets a private link. They open it on their phone and their leads are there. Nothing to install and no password to forget.

Will my client see LeadFlow branding?

Their page shows your agency's name and logo, so it reads as part of your service.

Which ad platforms does it work with?

Facebook and Instagram lead ads today. LeadFlow reads the leads and ad spend from the ad accounts and Pages you already manage.

What if my client never marks their leads?

That's the habit LeadFlow is built around. Their page shows how many leads still need an outcome, and you can see which clients have gone quiet. The real proof only exists when the jobs get marked, so we make that one tap.

Is this a CRM?

No, on purpose. Your client doesn't need pipelines or tasks. They need to see the leads, call them, and say which ones turned into work.

Who's behind it?

LeadFlow was built by Studio Who, an Australian agency that runs Facebook lead ads for trades businesses. We built it because we had the same problem you do.
