Terms of Service

LeadFlow OS | Last updated 15 February 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and LeadFlow OS when you use the product. We have kept them as plain as we can.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using LeadFlow OS, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that agency.

2. What LeadFlow OS is

LeadFlow OS is a tool for advertising agencies to give their clients live dashboards, sync advertising and lead data, and track performance. It is operated by Curated Visuals Pty Ltd (ABN 47 657 935 987).

3. Beta

LeadFlow OS is in beta. That means it is working software that is still being built and improved. Things may change, break, or be unavailable from time to time. We do not promise uptime or a guaranteed service level during beta. We will, of course, do our best to keep it running well.

4. Your account

Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

5. Your data and your clients' data

You own your data and your clients' data. We do not. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to load that data into LeadFlow OS, including having the right consent from your clients and leads. We process the data on your behalf, to run the service for you, and for no other purpose. We never use it for our own agency.

6. Fair use

Do not use LeadFlow OS for anything unlawful, do not try to break or misuse it, and do not upload data you do not have the right to use. When you connect Meta or Google, you must also follow their terms.

7. Connections to Meta and Google

LeadFlow OS connects to third-party platforms like Meta and Google so you can sync your data. Those platforms are outside our control. If they change their rules or access, some features may change too. You are responsible for keeping your own ad accounts and permissions in good standing.

8. Pricing

LeadFlow OS is free during beta and no card is needed to join. Founding members lock in a fixed monthly rate that begins when beta ends. We will always tell you clearly before any charge starts, and you can cancel any time.

9. Who owns what

We own the LeadFlow OS software and brand. You own your data. Using the product does not transfer ownership of the software to you, and it does not transfer ownership of your data to us.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using LeadFlow OS and close your account at any time, and export your data first. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we ever wind the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

11. No guarantees

LeadFlow OS is provided "as is", especially during beta. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the data it shows.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, LeadFlow OS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

13. Your responsibility for your clients

Because you control your clients' data, you agree to cover us for claims that arise from data you loaded without the right to, or from how you use LeadFlow OS with your clients.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and you agree to the courts there having jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a significant change, we will let you know, and continuing to use LeadFlow OS means you accept the updated terms.
